Evaluating Jump Profiles
When viewing a jump profile chart,
select the 'Show Cursor' check box to display the 'Jump Profile Cursor'
window. This will open a new window alongside the jump profile chart.
The controls in the upper left corner of this window allow you to
control the type of cursor to be displayed: 'Line' shows a thin
vertical line, while 'Range' marks a range on the chart, either allong
the 'Time' or the 'Altitude' axis.
The table in the lower half of the window then shows the data of the
chart for both ends of the range and the difference/average between the
two (When the line cursor is displayed, only on set of data is
displayed).
The location of the cursor can be changed in different
ways: Either by changing the fields in the upper right hand corner or
directly on the chart: When holding down the ALT key, you can
interactivly drag the cursor line(s) on the chart. Holding down the SHIFT
key while moving the mouse wheel
moves the begining of the range left/right, holding down the CTRL
key while moving the mouse wheel
the end of the range. When the line cursor is displayed, you can move the cursor in real-time by
selecting the 'Animate' option, or
use
the synchronized video playback
feature.
